For anyone who doesn´t know Dogma is... well hes literally Dogma. One of those "holier than thou" Christian Brodcasts given form.

He would work really well as a Skin for the Judgemnt imo, since both of them are distorted and disgraced forms of divinity. One being a literal Angel and the other being the teachings of the Bible, so blown out of proportion and extremetized to the point where they teach about hatered insead of love
