Need for help on upgradation.

Hey guys,
I am a 22yo student, with no income source and new to credit cards. To build my credit history, I bought a FD backed IDFC First Wow Black credit card in February, and within 3 months, my score got generated which happens to be 769.

Am using Cred recently, and you may know if highlights certain things that affect our credit score.
My payment history is excellent.
Credit age is low, as am in this for 3 months.
Usage is also excellent.
Credit mix is again low.
Inquiries are also excellent, as I have enquired about only the card I have in past 6 months.

I wanted to ask, recently I opened savings account with IDFC and IDFC guy said that I am eligible for card upgrade, so, will my upgrade be counted as an inquiry and affect my credit score?

Also, a little off topic from this, but am fond of aesthetic metal cards, do you guys know any good cards that I can fetch now?
