2 months ago, I was refreshing my dashboard hoping for one new signup. 

Now there's a small but growing group of people paying every month.

[LinkedNav](https://linkednav.com/?via=22) is an autonomous LinkedIn outbound tool to auto send connection requests, follow-ups. Not using traditional sequences (day 3, day 7, day 9), but actually generate a next line based on the conversation.

Also, it watches for things like competitor engagement, hiring activity, new fundings to identify warm leads.

A few things that actually worked:

1. Linkedin outreach, for sure, we use our own tools and get first 5 customers. Keep it under 30s cuz longer first messages read like AI. The highest-converting leads we see are people who comment on a competitor's post, so just steal them from your competitors.

2. Youtube, this is a surprise, 1 out of 4 four videos hit more than 1k views, but obviously the leads it brings is more than 10k views on reddit, so it's real that long form content do better in lower funnel conversions.

3. Reddit post like this one, share journey, share values, share confusions, or ask questions, whatever's on your mind, some people give help, others might really need what you provide.

What did not work:

1. X, same content might go viral on Youtube, but algo is different on X

2. Email, we tried it in early days, and have stopped it for a while. It didnt quite work for us, probably should do more retargeting campaigns
