XPeng at MSL Dublin

Hi guys, went to MSL Dublin to ask about the Xpeng G6. On the website, there's an offer of 3.5% APR till end of May advertised, they told me that the 3.5% APR is not available now and they are re-evaluating with XPeng and a purchase would go through whatever APR is agreed with XPeng. Different dealerships said the 3.5% applies if a contract is signed by end of May.

How do you see this, not sure whether to go with MSL and see what APR comes or go with other dealership for 3.5% APR? MSL answer seems BS to me, but have no idea how this works.
