Haven't see this request: Good date night place where we can grab dinner and use some WiFi to plan a vacation without looking like screen-addicted dummies

RARE DATE NIGHT ALERT!

We are trying to plan a vacation at end of August, and alas, with three young kids, carving out time and energy to do so is difficult.

Is there anywhere we can two-birds it and get Wifi and plan a trip while having a meal? Doesn't have to be fancy. Spot used to be ideal for this, but everything like this closes so ridiculously early now. Where do college students study, grab a coffee, and watch hipsters grab coffee with their dogs while doing a paper? Did COVID kill this vibe?
