Pay Structure

I am new to the group so if this has been asked my apologies!

Without making this some long post trying to explain the commission break down at our company. I figured I’d ask one question.

Is it standard for a 100% commissioned rep to eat the entire dealer cost for a customer financing? I have no company truck, cellphone or gas card. Some leads are provided by the company as well as the softwares we use just to be transparent.
