Since starting buspirone a month ago my anxiety has been through the roof

I feel like buspirone is the reason my generalized anxiety disorder has been so severe lately. It’s never this bad and I’m finding it hard to concentrate on anything. I’m only on 10mg twice a day and I’m going to quickly taper off of it and try to get off of it after a couple days. I figure that’s not ideal but I need relief.
