Car I’m looking at is a 2023 with 18k miles on it and has buckets. Asking price 260k.

Car has had 3 owners per the car fax. Is that sketchy or does that hurt resale?

can I throw out lowball offers on cpo gt3’s or are we not there yet? Thx.
