Looking for GBA's Max Payne Instruction booklet!

Hello, everyone! Couldn't find no scans of the USA Max Payne instruction booklet for the GBA (AGB-BMEE-USA) on the internet. Can somebody publish a page-by-page scan of it? I'll be very grateful!
