Post SVB where is the safest place for runway

I'm reading through some founder threads this weekend and the topic of cash safety came up and I'm seeing that it's three years past SVB and our own setup has been very fragile. We have 3.8M sitting in a business account at one of the bigger fintech bank and FDIC insurance covers 250k so everything above that is functionally uninsured if something goes sideways. The 2023 weekend taught me that you can think you're safe until the moment you're not and the people telling you everything is fine are the same people whose incentives are not aligned with telling you the truth. We could stay where we are and trust the institution or split across multiple banks at 250k chunks which gets unmanageable past 1M there also exist sweep accounts that fan the deposit across a network of partner banks each insured up to the limit and treasury bills held in the company name which has full faith and credit backing but each one has tradeoffs and most of the writeups I find online are aimed at family offices or wealthy individuals which means the advice doesn't map cleanly to operating cash for a 14 person startup and I'm not looking for the highest yield but for the answer to what happens to my company if my primary bank fails on a Friday afternoon.
