Android sim problem Help!

I have a samsung a55 5g and the problem is that my phone seems to restart loop my sim card on and off and my phone stutters because of this.

This has never happened to me before and just occured when i bought a new sim card (elisa from finland). This happened twice and the first one was fixed by a factory reset. The thibg is i want to fix my phone permanently please help me.
