food for thought?

Long time lurker, wanted to share my experience.

So, I am new to building out a SaaS and I don't know how to validate customer pain points. People always say Reddit is great, but I'm not sure.

Just wanted to say, I see people building apps where there's a lot of people looking to gamify the app or looking to build productivity apps, that just demoralize people who can't stick to routines or be productive every day.

Same thing with AI posts. Too much AI slop actually harms the users than deliver proper value.

Feels a bit like modern apps are abusing their users instead of delivering proper value to customers or am I thinking of this the wrong way
