Did Wise Intelligent diss B-Real on "Dreadful Day"?

I was listening to this classic today and in the first verse he starts off with

Witness the days of B-Real, the birth of poisoned rappers
Soul snatchers, gun clappers, and bloodsucking crackers

I'm not sure if this is what he says but it sounds like it. Did he diss B-Real?
