Good nail salon for removing gel

Anyone have good recommendations for nail salons for just removing gel polish (hard gel)?

I need to remove a base coat some other place put on and they used some sort of hard gel that soaking with acetone won’t move. So just looking for a good/affordable place that might squeeze me in to get that removed.
