Puig down force spoilers on a 650?

Ok guys so I'm curious..I have read that adding winglets to a 650 only adds marginal stability at speed HOWEVER mine is modified to the point where it will come up in 2nd when I'm really getting after it. I'm curious if they would help with that so that I can give it all the beans I want. It's sitting at 63 HP and 47 ft lbs of torque in it's current configuration and is quite quick for a Ninja 650. Curious on y'all's thoughts about this? I do like the aesthetic of winglets so there's that too but if it's not going to do anything performance wise I think I'd rather save the money
