Hello everyone,

I am a completely new rider and recently purchased my very first motorcycle—a \*\*Royal Enfield Hunter 350\*\*.

I have a few updates and details regarding my current progress:

\* \*\*Riding Experience:\*\* I have ridden around 200 KM over the last 3 months.

\* \*\*Licensing:\*\* I cleared my driving test this week and finally received my Permanent Driving License (DL).

Since I am a beginner, I want to develop my riding skills systematically and safely. I am looking for advice, tips, and resources from seasoned riders on the following topics:

1. \*\*Mastering the Basics & Handling:\*\* What are the most critical low-speed control drills and habits I should practice to handle the weight and geometry of the Hunter 350 confidently?

2. \*\*Riding in Hilly Areas:\*\* I eventually want to ride in mountainous/hilly terrains. What specific techniques (like incline starts, engine braking, and cornering) do I need to master before attempting ghats or slopes?

3. \*\*Bike Maintenance & Care:\*\* Given that I have only covered 400 KM in 2 months and got done first service a week back., Any tips on chain care and general upkeep for a first-time owner would be highly appreciated.

I want to approach this as a guided learner and build proper, lifelong habits. Looking forward to your suggestions, advice, and any recommended gear guidelines (ATGATT).

Thank you!

New Rider: Just got my DL and Hunter 350. Looking for guidance on skills, hill riding, and maintenance.
