PTA -> RN

I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant for ~3.5 years (all of which have been at an inpatient rehab with some SNF). I am 25 years old and considering a career change. I love therapy, but I am trying to look long term. There are so many more options as an RN (and options for money). I have only been PRN as a PTA my entire time and have gotten extremely lucky to basically work full time hours at PRN rate. That being said, I’ll basically only make less money in the future as a PTA than I have to start my career.

Talk me in or out of going to RN school. I have a few community colleges close by that I only need 1-3 prerequisites for before being able to apply for the program.
