orson's character was not ruined it was always coming

now if you really watched the show you would've seen the signs from way early on and it mainly starts at the end of season 4. after bree found out that orson ran over Mike he was constantly stalking her and appeared everywhere she went. that links directly to his stalking in season 8.

then season 5 when bree wrote her cookbook and became kinda famous orson couldn't handle it. don't get me wrong, bree was also in the wrong here for neglecting him and kinda denying his existence to the public but remember that he forced her to make the pot roast for him going on about "you promised." I felt bad for him but it was creepy as hell.

then when he forced her to give up everything she had worked for by giving her an ultimatum and forcing her to sell her company. he said that he can't be "Mrs Bree Van de Kamp" but tried to make her "Mrs Orson Hodge" and when she didn't cave he tried to emotionally blackmail her with the stealing again. also that whole thing about "wanting to hurt her" by stealing was another thing.

and of course the whole divorce drama in the end phases of their marriage where he really did blackmail her into staying married to him, another direct link to season 8 even if he was never gonna go through with it.

yeah I hate when people say his storyline was random or that his character was ruined when in reality this was always where it was gonna go. these things always start of small and continue progressing and getting worse
