I think i am scared of relationship

This question has probably been asked 200 times, but yes, I think I have a problem.
My last relationship was 5 years ago, that was the last time I was in love. I’m 26 years old.
I always see a girl, I like her, for example, we start texting, but somehow I don’t enjoy texting. Back in the days, I used to find it much more interesting. First of all, I never want go on a first date, I get bored every time. But I go and it goes okay (nothing special always) then I keep contacting her because my brain tells me, I know that’s how it should be, and in the end I end up in a relationship for a week and I can’t take it anymore and disappear. That’s happened to me a few times so far. It’s like I completely forget or don’t know how to emotionally connect with a girl. Usually people get better after dates, but for me it gets worse 😂
