Home Depot Card due to Returned Extra Payment

As the title implies my Home Depot credit card was closed due to a returned extra payment. Otherwise the account was current. Trying to figure out why my bank blocked the extra payments (happened twice).

My auto payment had just gone through and I tried making an extra/large payment to pay off an expiring promo.

Question is can I get the card reinstated? Never missed a payment including this month, seems to just be some fraud detection on my banks side blocking an extra payment.
