I came up with a rewrite draft/concept for Atlas. Give me your opinions on the OCs I've created.

Note: You know for a militarized state like Atlas, the mainly consisted of one guy overseeing everything. So, I added a Fleet Admiral, an Air Chief Marshal, an Intelligence Chief and a Supreme Commander (whom the Ironwood and the three OCs takes orders from and oversees the state of the army).

Notable characteristics about Fleet Admiral Raimond Salomon:

-He is critical of Ozpin's decision to disband armies and replacing them Huntsmen.

-He understands the destruction the Great War had caused but he believes that military was considered to be a way of earning for the people who don't know anything else.

-He is critical of Huntsman academies for neither having standardized battle equipments nor having proper battle doctrines for the huntsmen-in-training.

-He is more vocal to call out White Fang as a terrorist group citing that past oppressions doesn't justify present-day bombings and mass killing of civilians.

-He has striked down several White Fang supply ships and Sea Grimms to keep the shores safe.

-He rarely get acknowledged by the public due to most of them prefering air travel instead for safer travels.

Notable characteristics about Air Chief Marshal Hedy Sander:

-She is somewhat more reasonable than Ironwood and Oroboros.

-She has been reforming the Air Force to include light weight fighter planes for improved recon and quick fire support.

-She doesn't like Ozpin for sidelining the legacy of the soldiers who fought during the Great War by replacing them with Huntsman.

-She believes that army is more suitable than huntsman for fighting the Grimm due to the soldiers having more better logistics and strategies than huntsman.

-She believes that the White Fang's extremism would lead to Humans discriminating against Faunus even more to the point that anti-Faunus militias might began to form and retaliate.

Notable characteristics about Supreme Commander Nikolai Novikov:

-He is the highest military authority within the entire Atlas military.

-He believes that the only way to save humanity to research on alternative energy sources capable of taking them to space. Since Dust couldn't serve as a power source in space.

-He finds Ozpin's idea of uniting humanity under idealism and summoning the Brother Gods to judge humanity stupid considering they had already caused a mass extinction event against humanity once.

-He had hired Marcus Black to develop a semblance suppression cuffs to detain rogue huntsmen but his son, Mercury Black killed him but fortunately, Marcus gave him the blueprint before his untimely death.

-He also thinks that letting a bunch of teenagers fight an endless horde of monsters is pretty stupid and it should be the adults' duty to protect the children not the other way around.

Notable characteristics about Atlas Intelligence Bureau Chief Grace Field:

-She believes that Faunus will only be remembered as barbaric mass murderers in the pages of history textbooks, if the White Fang's extremism isn't stopped.

-She knows that Blake Belladonna is a former White Fang member because she enrolled into a Huntsman academy without changing her name or her appearance heavily. She plans to offer her an official pardon for her prior affiliations with the White Fang in exchange for intel about the White Fang bases in Vale, Mantle or Mistral.
