I get mosquito bites constantly in the summer and they swell up because I'm allergic, but I never see any mosquitos!

Has this happened to anyone else? It's so frustrating and nothing as far as treatment works besides putting a Band-Aid over it to prevent me from itching it. I've tried all kinds of creams with no luck.
