how much damage could 14 months on bad oral hygiene cause?

I had a time period where i wasn't being as consistent tried a new med that made me have severe ocd/manic episode (not twice a day and would skip some days)?

I have an appointment made but i'm so scared because I also have sensory issues so needing a crown will just irratate me ughghgh I hate I did this to myself.
