File Explorer keeps opening

i have been trying for months to fix this issue but i havent fixed it, ive tried what multiple reddit posts said, multiple websites saying how to fix it. and nothing has worked

what happens is that file explorer will randomly open every 5-10 minutes making whatever im doing annoying as it unfocuses the window and i have no idea how to fix it. pretty sure it isnt a virus as it has gone on for months. if it helps sometimes whenever starting up my pc the terminal will open (sometimes multiple terminals at once) and disappear. if anyone knows how to fix this i would be very glad
