ODSP file on hold

Just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and how they handled it. My ODSP file was put on hold, I received a notification from my benefits on may 22nd that my file was put on hold on may 15th. It said "please send us information about your earnings right away". I called my local office and spoke to the operator and told him what happened. I thought at first it had to do with me getting an e transfer recently as gift and me not reporting it. He pacified me right away and said it had nothing to do with what I had done and that I hadn't done anything wrong. There was a glitch in the system which was also affected other odsp clients. He said my worker was not around to input a $0 amount for my earnings. This couldn't be done by me online since I don't have any employment registered with ODSP. He did say that another temporary worker could fix this and lift the hold for me and it should be fixed by the end of day so that I can have my may cheque. I have logged into my odsp account and it still doesn't show a payment for may 29th. When I log into my account online it does still say that I have odsp benefits under proof of assistance. I guess I'll have to call on Monday morning to see what the status is. This whole ordeal has been very stressful I am on a number medications and yesterday my heart was racing the whole day and my hands wouldn't stop shaking. I have been very anxious. Not sure how a glitch like this can even happen. Ive been on ODSP for 20 years and n had an issue like this before. I hope none else has to go through something like this.
