Stand Against Injustice in Vancouver.

Where Is the Rule of Law in Canada?

After reporting food-safety and workplace-safety concerns, Ms. Mora faced workplace bullying by managers, document tampering, and unfair dismissal. She has spent seven years fighting for justice without legal representation.

The Court has even ordered her to pay $7,500 in security for costs for her appeal, while her case still faces the risk of dismissal.

She says the Canadian court system is protecting a large American company instead of a worker who reported safety concerns.

This is a public-interest case. She says she lost her job and her health because of her safety reports, and now she needs public support.

People who stand against injustice are invited to attend the Court of Appeal hearing on May 29 at 10:00 a.m. at 800 Hornby Street, Vancouver.

Come and take a stand for the rule of law in Vancouver.
