looking for shoe recommendations as someone with haglunds deformity+large big toes

hi! I boulder indoors at around v6-8 level and am looking for a good shoe brand to try, especially as I start competing more.

I recently bought the scarpa dragos LV and I really liked them, but the toe box is too narrow as I have large big toes (?)

basically my toes would just get squeezed too much and end up bruised after wearing these for a few hours. so definitely looking for something that would be more comfortable for my toes. if anyone has any recommendations I’d appreciate it! thanks!
