First time having a miscarriage and not sure what to do

I'm only 21 and absolutely was not planning on or ready for a child so I don't understand why im as depressed as I am about it. My boyfriend and I are fighting and long distance right now, so I don't feel like i can lean on him for support. I had to go to the emergency room after an urgent care visit and he was very supportive and calling me through that. However, once the doctor told me I was safe and everything was ok, I told him that I was fine and didn't need to talk later even though he offered. I'm now realizing that I'm really not OK or coping with this at all but don't have anyone to lean on for support. None of my friends can talk right now. No one I know has gone through this. I am just feeling really alone
