JDN VIP not useable on switch?

hi everyone! i had a question regarding JD VIP and JD26.
I previously used JDN (mobile) and liked it so I bought the annual VIP pass. I was gifted JD26 for the switch and I logged in on the same ubisoft account but I don’t have my VIP pass.. Is this because I bought it on mobile? Is there anyway to get my VIP pass on my switch too without paying again? TIA!
