I am nervous and terrible at waiting

I am in need of some extra good thoughts and baby dust. I (37) have a super low egg count and I only got one egg from my first retrieval. BUT. That one egg fertilized and turned into a blastocyst and is currently waiting for us in the freezer. So we already “beat the odds” per my doctor. Now I’m waiting to find out when implantation is going to happen and I can’t help thinking negatively… I’m overweight in addition to my age and I’m just having a hard time being hopeful.
