How common is pregnancy kink in the dating world?

We all know children are a big responsibility and precautions need to be taken if we’re not ready for them, but it’s also a biological and physical desire to procreate/do baby-makin activities. I’m female and often wonder if many guys find it hot to think about getting their woman pregnant, or if it’s more common to be turned off by the idea. As a female I do find it arousing to think about, as well as thinking about if my guy is aroused by the idea. How do guys feel about this?
