Is there a mod that can let me skip to the end of the game?

Hi, ive already completed the game like 3 times at this point and i just installed a mod but i think i need to have completed the game already to use it, but i made it on a fresh copy and i cannot be bothered reading through it again. Is there any mod i can download to skip to the end and play the mod i actually want to?
