When and how to enable trial version of Fish/Bait event for KODA BE PRAISED?

Hello everyone.

I need only to complete 1 trial for the KODA BE PRAISED achievement and is this: Help the kodan gather fish for the village = https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Help_the_kodan_gather_fish_for_the_village

But that event never appear like a trial.

I'm in the Bjora Marches for like.... 4 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the evening and 1 hour tonight = ZERO events with trial.

I do not understand when that event appear with the trial option.

Anyone can help me with that?
