is this a concussion or something else

I was cleaning my lint trap from my dryer and I leaned down to clean up a few pieces from the ground, I realize that I didn't shut the dryer fully ( it opens up vertically ) and when I leaned down it fell down at the same time and hit my temple. It hurt a lot but I didn't lose consciousness and I didn't have a cut and it wasn't really swollen and I didn't have a headache that day. The day after I was a bit anxious but I didn't really feel any different and later in the day I had a headache but it wasn't really anything crazy. Today I woke up and felt fine and I went on a 2 hour trip to visit family, on the long bus ride I started to have a headache, and it got better and now it's back. Yesterday I did not drink much water and I did eat late into the day and I do get motion sickness but I'm not sure if I can credit my headaches to that. I'm really worried that it's something serious but I also don't know if I'm letting my anxiety get the best of me. I'm really scared and I don't know if I should visit urgent care this is just so over whelming. The night after I got hit I was so so scared and had an anxiety attack and idk what to do or think.
