Indian parents (70+) visiting US. Medical insurance recs please?

Hey folks!

Parents with existing conditions, diabetes and high BP.

I was looking at comprehensive coverages but many don't cover or have very less coverage for 70+.

Also, confused whether to get US based or Indian coverage.

They have visited prior, and I had purchased patriot I believe, but thankfully never had to visit a hospital or anything.
