Charizard Chills (OS 105)

I'm currently rewatching old episodes in order with my son and we saw the episode where Charizard finally obeys Ash. Knowing what we know now about Ash's journey from Kanto to Galar, does "Charizard Chills" make the top 50 episodes in terms of overall importance to the long plot? Does it make the top 10 of Kanto-Johtp in stakes excluding Gym Battles, Movies, and tournaments? Maybe even including gym battles since Kanto gym matches were not great.

I know the Orange Arc was not in the core games but I can't imagine Ash without Charizard obeying in major tournaments.
