Anyone else having awful performance on console with this event?

I’m getting lag to the point where my character will activate their ability, it will play the sound and animation, then lag me back a second before I pressed the button. My aim is swinging 180 degrees, weapon switching and dodging fucked up.

It’s gotten so bad that I pretty much cannot run anything higher than heresy without having issues a few times a match that lead to me getting shredded.

I have portrait render turned off. I have good internet too.
