TLDR: Square flagged and closed my account before any funds were ever confirmed or released to me, and I **still have never received or benefited** from the money being discussed. I told Barb aka Boss to dispute the transaction with Square immediately (like everyone else told her to) and she did nothing about it for a year, til now.

Hey guys, Ant here. I normally would not respond publicly to this, but because serious accusations are being made against me, I want to clarify the situation between Barb (ign Boss) and I factually.
\-
First and foremost: I am not responsible for resolving a payment issue involving a platform that never released funds to me. At no point was I ever provided access to, possession of, or confirmation of any released funds related to this transaction.
\-
When I decided to leave the game, I was introduced to Barb as a potential buyer through a mutual connection. **Prior to the transaction she is referencing, we had already completed four successful PayPal transactions totaling 8bcs without any issues involving payment or delivery.**
\-
For the larger transaction in question, I suggested using Apple Pay. Barb instead requested that we use Square. I created a Square account specifically for the transaction, even sent the company my ID, SSN card, & bank statements, despite never wanting to use the app in the first place. However the account was *immediately flagged and closed during review because there was no registered business attached to it*. You can see by the screenshots from Square that I sent her I was cooperative and very transparent the whole time, despite having a lot going on irl.
\-
Barb claims she sent $2,800 through that account. However, the existence of a Square account does not mean funds were successfully settled or released to me, especially after the account was flagged and closed, as seen in the screenshot from Square. Because the account became inaccessible and closed, I was never able to verify whether funds were processed, held, reversed, or otherwise restricted by Square.
\-
Yet, Barb still wanted me to send her 20bcs on the faint promise that I might eventually receive the funds. Note that the $2,800 was a credit card transaction. There was nothing preventing Barb from simply filing a dispute on the card and taking back the $2,800 from me even if the business account successfully went through and the money was sent to me. I had already taken that risk in good faith knowing and gave her the benefit of the doubt.
\-
As soon as the account issue happened, I informed Barb and encouraged her to contact Square directly and dispute or reverse the transaction if necessary. Other people aware of the situation advised the same. **For over a year, Barb did not dispute or follow-up with Square regarding the transaction.**
\-
Much later, after the situation resurfaced publicly, I still agreed to contact Square myself in an effort to help clarify the status of the account. Square later stated that a check may have been issued to an outdated address and requested updated information, but I still have not been able to confirm any payout amount or access any funds personally.
\-
As for unadding Barb, that only happened after I reached out regarding threats to doxx my friends and sexually inappropriate harassment directed toward me by people associated with her. Instead of addressing those concerns, the interaction became increasingly hostile, and I no longer felt comfortable continuing direct communication. There is no telling what she would have done with my information that she asked for, should it have been released, considering she condones this behavior from her people.
\-
I understand why someone would be frustrated over unresolved payment issues, but frustration does not change the underlying facts: **I never received these funds**, benefited from them, or withheld. And I won't be posting a years worth of bank statements to prove I never got +$2800 in my bank account, that's just invasion of privacy.
