2018 fix or move on?

I have my 2018 1.5 that has had issues recently. 154k miles

August a head gasket blow and got that repaired. Late Feb my check engine light came on and the waste gate actuator was loose. Honda service guy tightened it and all was good.

Now last week I start the car up and the lights come back on and there’s no acceleration.

Quoted 2700 to fix it then the service guy said I have another 3k of repairs coming later on for replacing the oil plate (I don’t think this is it, I don’t remember specifically) something that’s leaking a small amount of oil but will become a bigger issue later on

I’ve always done regular maintenance but wondering if these issues are just fix and I’m good for another couple years or if I have more issues coming.

Really torn on what I should do
