Hey guys, trying to troubleshoot a/c issue I’m having on e90 lci m3

Compressor is not increasing displacement as evident by little pressure differential between high and low side.

Compressor recently replaced with denso unit
Condenser and drier replaced with Mahle unit

System recharged recently to no effect

No fault codes present, all sensors seem to be reporting accurately.

Clearing codes, toggling break in protection, triggering control valve activation all do nothing.

I’ve plugged in old control valve and it seems to activate.

However, control valve duty cycle always shows as “not available”

If you have ISTA, can you please check if you get a duty cycle reading? Thinking I might have a failure in JBBE module. Hoping someone can help check before I go try to learn how to use a multimeter 😔
