Missing 4 days of lithium- will i be okay?

I take 600mg of lithium nightly and ran out a day ago. The pharmacy i use is closed for memorial day weekend so I wont be able to get anything until Tuesday. Will I be alright? I'm also on a starting dose of seroquel which I have plenty of.
