Multiple second trimester losses

I have only ever tried to get pregnant twice. Both times I got pregnant almost immediately. Both times I lost my baby’s in the second trimester. I’ve had several tests done and the most extensive genetic testing done for nonimmune hydrops (it was killing my first baby 22weeks and found with no heart beat in second baby 16 weeks) and found no answers. No causes. Anyone struggle with this and have any answers or direction I should take?
