BPI App Cannot Transfer Funds - Unable to transfer funds right now

Hi! Im trying to send funds using my BPI Online app but I don’t have the “Transfer Money” option within any of my accounts. I tried pressing the QR option but it said “Unable to Transfer Funds right now.”

However, all my friends’ transfer money is working correctly and they have the “Transfer Money” inside their accounts.

Has anyone experienced this same issue? Help please thank you!
