Does Tor have the rights to that Aha song?

He plays the full song in almost every video. How does he not get a copyright strike? His channel has a pretty substantial following, and he probably has hate-watchers because of the subjects he covers. It's a sick intro, but it does make me wonder how he gets away with it.
