Zip code restricted NBA playoff tickets??

Life long Knicks fan here! Trying to get game 4 tickets but saw a disclaimer in the app that stated that the Cavs are restricting tickets to billing zip codes in Ohio, PA, & NY. Is this enforced? Kinda wanna risk it but don’t know how seriously this is enforced.
