Ideas on how to hang a plug-in pendant light without drilling

Hi everyone! I just bought a beautiful plug in hanging pendant light to go over my dining table but am struggling to figure out how to hang it. Unfortunately I live in an apartment building where the ceiling and nearby walls are concrete. Obviously want to avoid drilling into the concrete (also wouldn't know how) so hoping someone has thoughts on how to hang it!

I'm open to any ideas and have looked into potentially getting a standing hook to hang it from but would have to be 7ft+ and hold 5-8lbs and I can't find anything that fits the requirements. Thank you!!
