How important is End A vs End B?

This is about the statline I'm aiming for, unfortunately this run didn't get Mile S so I'll be running some more. Just curious if I should try and find a couple more End sparks to make it End A, if it's actually a big difference. From what I've gathered, this El Condor Pasa would have about 900 effective wit for the purpose of position keeping.
