Writ of Mandamus on pending N400 & i751

I am still waiting on interview schedule since January of 2025, with pending of i751 since January of 2024 (marriage based under 3 years). Does this qualify me for WoM? Is it the right time to do it or should I still wait? Tried requests, calls, Emma, congressman, you name it. Everyone is saying I am within normal processing time…
