Not my mom sending 💩 blessings and calling her massage gun a vibr*tor😭
My mom...She's really clueless and innocent in certain matters Which is understandable for their generation.
Incident 1:
While I was in a hostel, my mom texted me every morning: "Good morning baby/sweetheart. God bless you 💩 🙌 🌸✨️😊"
The 💩 emoji made no sense but it was always right at the front. When I finally called her out, she confidently claimed it was the "Lord Jagannath emoji" because of its big, round eyes! I burst out laughing and explained reality but she scolded me for daring to compare the Lord to that. I gave up.
Days later, my elder brother questioned her too. When he finally got through to her, she confessed she’d been sending it to her entire WhatsApp contact list daily...including work colleagues. Sometimes she sent just the emoji so she wouldn't have to type "good morning" but could still let them know they were "blessed." Beyond embarrassed, she claimed "it's all about perception" but finally stopped.
Incident 2:
A few months ago, my brother got her a massage gun. Recently, I overheard her telling someone on the phone, "Yeah, I'm using the vibrator right now for my body aches."
I waited a few days, then gently explained that she shouldn't use that word casually because an adult product already exists by that name. Instead of understanding, she got mad and demanded to know how I even knew about such things! Since I can't exactly ask my brother to handle this one, she still occasionally uses the word for her massage gun.
And I hope none of you make any disrespectful jokes. I shared these incidents because I suddenly remembered them today and since it's the weekend, I hope you guys have a good laugh.
