[TOMT] Story about a Walking Tree Stump

Hoping that other people have heard of this and can point me in the right direction. I am looking for an allegedly true story I heard about a walking tree stump told by a British actor, although I can't remember who and I do not believe he is well known.

This man alleges that, when he was a young boy and staying in the guest bedroom at a friends house, he was awoken during the night and threw up all over his bed sheets. The next night, he is awoken again to a horrible smell (which he assumes is what caused him to throw up the previous night), and sits up in bed only to see a walking tree stump inside his room. I can't remember exactly what happens next or his description of the tree stump, but he tells the parents of his friends and the mother apparently comments something about how she thought it would be fine for him to stay in that room because he is a heavy sleeper. I recall this being where the story ends. I believe it takes place in the 60s? but could be anywhere from the 60s to the 80s. I can't find anything about this story when I look it up (apart from an unrelated movie which is also about a walking tree stump). I have found one video discussing walking tree stumps in relation to the Reeves family and phenomena that occurred around their home in the 60's, HOWEVER there is no mention of this particular story. I think it is possible that these are part of the same case? I will say I originally heard this story in a video by a YouTuber called Zoanfly. I am not sure if the entire story was ai generated/fake or what have you, and that is why I can't find anything, but he seems to have legit stories (i.e. from real people) in the rest of his videos and he did use what appeared to be a real picture of this British actor (although realistically it could have been a picture of any old man).
